About this scrapbook page: |
I have wanted to do this page for quite some time now. I wrote the poem back in July of 2002. The photo I took last year when Steve and I were hiking at Merril Creek in 2006. We watched this pair of geese for quite awhile. Life is amazing isn't it! We have to be still at times because God has a plan for us all if we are just willing to be calm and listen to our senses. God works in mysterious ways! He blesses us with the little things in life that to me are certainly the biggest!

Canada geese are one of my favorite birds. I use to go to a nature perserve to study when I was in Nursing school. Thse beautiful loyal(they mate for life0 were my study buddies. I had a picture of my most layal buddy in my pocket when I took my nursing board in the old days when you had to "sit", for two days of testing. I passed and have been a R.N. for 20+ years thanks to them. my good luck.
