Well, since I did a couple of Oklahoma City, I decided I had better include Tulsa (another city in Oklahoma). This is a view of one of the streets in downtown Tulsa during the annual arts festival. I decided instead of a barren cityscrap to include not only buildings but people to give the scrap life. I hope you enjoy the Oklahoma vistas in your new office neeltje. I happily give my permission for you to use these scraps as you see fit!

Photo edited in paint.net with a little ink sketch and softening, plus a little glow, then taken to Nova Photo Explosion for a little layering and coloring plus some spotlighting and edge treatments. Since this is a photo of an arts festival, I decided to do a few more "artsy" effects than I usually do...lol
