I made about 5 versions of this layout and just couldn't get the computer to create the version I saw, so ended up with these 2 as my favorites and couldn't decide which so uploading them both together. Created for maxandpatch's Welcome Baby Raven challenge.

baby extracted from a photo provided by maxandpatch. Created in PSE8 and Paint.net. Initially opened the photo in paint.net and softened it then took it to PSE8 and created the layout with diffuse glow, plastic wrap, ink outline and a couple other effects added. Background and elements from Reve Enchantment and Magic Night kits by Azure Scraps.
