We’re having a heat wave in Dover, Tennessee! The background photo is of my pour garden flowers, I’m afraid they won’t make it! The photo in the upper right corner is of the temperature gauge in my front yard (reads 120 degrees); the gauge in the shade reads 110 degrees! The photo in the lower left corner is of a neighbor’s mailbox! Since I’m sure Dover is not the only HOT place in the world, I scrapped some “IT’S SO HOT” jokes for those of you who are experiencing the heat wave!

Weather conditions are certainly crazy in different parts of the world but with your temperatures of up to 120 degrees, I think I'll be content with ours in the UK that struggles to reach 70 degrees with the rain and storms - no more complaints from me LOL! Linda, keep as cool as you can and keep drinking plenty of water, we need you as fresh as a daisy!! xx

I'm just speechless - wow what can I say - I have no idea what this must be like. I'm sure many are suffering because of these temps. Take care keep cool. We woke to a minus 2 frost this morning - about as cold as it gets here and only a few times each winter. Love the way you have shared this with us all.

Ever so true in Indiana too - Record highs this weekend over 100 degree mark. Call me weird, but ever so often I will step out to warm up because I get cold in the house and the ac is not really turned down too far! Try and stay cool!

Gosh! The echinacea looks like its thirsty. Beautifully scrapped page! That's the kind of heat I'll be having in Egypt! We are lucky if we have above 70 degrees in England at the moment!
