Made with this brilliant kit, The French Collectiion, by our Tracy & Gracie. I was aiming for a fashion designer sketch look here, but the tattoo on the standing girl has blurred with effects & she looks as if she's wearing a police tag!The Eiffel Tower scene behind the girls is a fab overlay in the kit that can be blended over papers & colour changed, cool!
