Created in Craft Artist. Another of the funny images from the icanhascheezburger LOLcats site. Kit used is Rhonda's Steampunk-ish. Clusters came in kit. Don't want to take any credit for someone else's work. However, I have been playing with effects again and I'm really pleased with the effect I came up for the frame.
