I did this for the flower, a rose challenge, I experimented with the settings on Photoshop elements for the finish touches. Thank you for lovely comments and your support. Sorry I just realize that i had a spelling mistake, It should be Dance, I must have been tired.

I used PSE7 and SBF to put this together. Kit is called Victoria Legend by paprika i was messing around with PSE7 to get the finished scrap.
