This is an old building (built in 1903-1904) called the Flat Iron Building in Lacombe Alberta (in the town that I work in) about 1/2 hour drive from where I live. It is now a museum interpretive center The effects do look better when enlarged.

I found this amazing photo of Lacombe Flat Iron Building on the internet all it says was it was by TrevorGB. I blended paper from A Christmas Mix by G & T Designs; stars and design on edge also from A Christmas Mix; I added sketch and watercolor effects and enhanced the lighting.
