Made for the "Best Holiday Recipe" challenge. Fruit Cake is a Christmas tradition in Texas where I live, but there are a lot of people who don't care for Fruit Cake, but when I came across this cookie recipe years ago, decided to try them and even my family members who said that they hate Fruit Cake, loved these cookies.
