I made the pin by using a brush. Then using a silver metal effect. The blue gems were created by using a round brush and then using the effect of a blue gem.
The frame: was created by using a brush stamp of an arch. Then using the effect I filled in the frame. I also used burn tool. This was done is PSE6.0
the other elements were from several different kits. I can't think of the names.
