This is Deagan on his 5th Birthday. I felt very bad not being able to give him the party I promised him. The cake was just decorated with lollies by the kids, but they seemed to have fun doing it. Poor Deagy Doo.

My part of "Celebrate Good Times" Angel Baby Scraps store collab. As I make all my own elements I will tell you how I made the party hat. Make a triangle and oval on the page. Line up and resize the oval to match the base of the hat. Merge. Decorate the hat with brushes then add a texture overlay. Add a couple of small bits of string to the base and some streamers or ribbons to the top.
