About this scrapbook page: |
Giz was a feral kitty... somewhere along the way, somebody wasn't a responsible pet owner and didn't get her mother and father spayed and neutered. Thus she spent her entire life having litter after litter of kittens. The one thing I wanted to give her, she didn't trust me enough to do... freedom from having all the kittens... but she gave me something very prescious... she was Tiger's mother! Be responsible... spay or neuter your pets, please!

beautiful page. found a cat like that before, a stray cat who followed me home and had litters of kittens but she adored each one and banged her head against the wall whenever one died. she even took care of our puppy, so maternal. this page reminds me of her, my champagne.

Sherry this is so GREAT! Love everything about it and I hope you posted it in What's Your Cause challenge. Responsible pet owners is a pet peeve of mine too. I vote daily on a website to provide food for the shelters so we don't have to have the "forgotten" ones disposed of. Rock on Lady, Love ya! Mat :}

I wish Giz's story ended happily, but sorry to say, as is the case with a lot of the wild animals here, she just didn't come around anymore, so I'm hoping she's found the Rainbow Bridge and will meet there under different circumstances. Maybe then she and I can truly be good friends! =)
