David had never been to Gatlinburg, and we thought it would be a nice cozy time to go right before Christmas. I have only been during the summers previously! Though we only stayed for a few days, it was a lot of fun. We visited the Chattanooga Aquariums on the way in, and the Ripley's Aquarium in Gatlinburg. I was in fishy heaven! Not to mention the butterfly garden at Chattanooga, oh boy! Plus David loves sharks, so the Ripley's display of them was a great treat for him. :)
