done for the challenge new victoria frances

victoria frances for the art work.. paint shop pro. used effects 3d, buttonize,chisel,inner bevel. each part of the picture has a different texture to it, the bottom big one has 4 section 3 with textur one with out.texture used are as followed, mosaic, soft plastic, polished stone.
the font on the page is forte size 26 with stoke 2.0, also has its own texture as well given it a soft plastic look.
