Lizzy was the 6th.puppy I puppy walked for Guide Dogs for the Blind. She qualified as a brood and stayed with me.She had 4 litters totalling 40 pups.She had a wonderful retirement with Clover + Lena and then with Hollie.Lizzy leaves a wonderful legacy of many guide dogs and 6 broods and is a grandma many times over.Her circle of life is over but it will continue on at Guide Dogs for many many years to come. I will miss her so much.

An extraordinary tribute! I don't understand why canines have one of the shortest lifespans of all the other animals in this world. They are so very special. I just lost my retired service/companion/friend in May due to cancer. It is so very hard. Thank you for sharing the legacy!
