I agree with you and in the Netherlands it is forbidden by law, but during the past 6 weeks I spend in Texas I`ve seen many times how dangerous it is.

I'm sorry for the loss of your daughter. As a professional truck driver I agree!!! I spend 10 hours a day on the road and am constantly amazed, annoyed and flat out Scared by near misses caused by cell phone usage.

I totally agree!!!!! Was just talking about that today. Here in my neighborhood, a young girl was talking on her cell phone and somehow going down the street behind us, lost control and hit a brick mailbox and her car flipped over. She was lucky to walk away. So sorry about your daughter!!! (hugs) 10cp
