Zucchini is one of my favorite vegies, love it sliced and fried, made into relish, cut up fresh in a salad, baked, and found this new recipe for stuffing it, which is delicious by the way!

I think this is a terrible challenge - I have only looked at 3 pages so far (your pumpking spaghetti was one) and I am STARVING. I love zuchinni too - this sounds delicious too. The layout is perfect for a recipe book too.
