This was taken at a living museum, Old World Wisconsin in Eagle, WI. They have several villages of restored heritages; school house; church; blacksmith; farms; etc. The school was from late 1800's in Superior Wisconsin

Wonderful photos and isn't it great that they preserve history like this. I like your journaling 'reading, riting...' It used to be so important...once. A great page I really enjoyed looking at all the things in the classroom and the building itself is olde world charm at its best.

When I was in the first grade, I went to a school where there were several grades in each room. My brother(who is 3 1/2 years older than myself)and I were in the same room. My how times have changed, now they have several rooms with the same grade. Wonderful page.
