Made for the Hats, umbrella, rain challenge

This is a photo I took on a Norwegian cruise. I have blended it several times with itself and altered the exposure, but it is mainly the blending that has brought out the colours. The texture comes from a brush and I can find no credit for this. The rain drops were made from a custom shape with a style applied.
