About this scrapbook page: |
Made for the "Canning, freezing, any kind of preserving food recipes" challenge. A little family grocery store close to us are always having over rip bananas for sale at half price, so I bake up several loaves of banana nut bread and freeze. I will thaw out a loaf when I have company or need to take something to church. I also give a loaf as a gift at Christmas.
