The Background is JPH Grungy World BG 16.
Both Jelly fish Images from the web, as is the underwater scene painted by Young-R09.
I extracted the jelly fish, cropped and used diffuse light some Blur.
The frame is Cutiepie's Pics Blue Twirl. info from wikipedia.
