This lady is Itel. She is a volunteer community worker. She leads a group of Antillian women, who voluntary participate in many thing community activities. They have a dancegroup and they perform regarly for nursing homes and at all kind of festivals. Their goal is women emancipation.
Beside all this she is active in a neighbourhood watch group.
