Done for the challenge: "What is this" Imagine you are in Lévis, and you put a quarter (now it must by more) in the telescope to see the view of Québec closer, focus on the shape of "Le Château Frontenac". You modify this photo to make a reflexion just uderneath and (if you flip it horizontaly it will look almost the same) You add another effect wich gave that grey texture and Voilà That what it was for me when I first saw the background.
