background is from Scrapbook Factory, glitter was from a freebie. Shoes from Stride Rite..Lelly Kelly's. They are the toughest little shoe even though they are all sparkly with sequins..Effects done in PSE-7,created in Scrapbook Factory. The table the feet were under was at the OLD BAG OF NAILS restaurant in our town.
