this is my maternal grandfather's cousin ray ross. there was no date on this photo, but since grandpa was born in 1933 and was older than ray, we are guessing this was the early 1940's. this is a boy even though he looks like he is wearing a dress. from what i understand, the boys were dressed this way when they were "dressed up" in this time. but i only learned this information from other scrapbooks on this site! thank you!
