This is now for the C is for challenge. I accidentally arrived at this background through Photodraw,manipulation, I thought that it looked like crowds of people so, I am featuring some of Caribana costumes. The letters are regular font treated to star distortion, the background, was me playing around with designer effects. The costumes are from Caribana pictures.
