I used Genetica Viewer 2.5 to create the background and the inner background with textures Ice Diamonds and Ice Caves.The center frame is from Wondershare or Photo Scenery{I've forgotton which one it is] the pattern of the eye I made using Fractal Snowflake. The photo is of my pet cats Bebe and Maya which I removed the background and applied paint. Thank you for looking I appreciate it.
