In memory of my parents, who are both in Heaven. This is a photo that was taken around 1950, on the steps of the Aunt who raised my mother. On the steps with them is the firstborn of their eight children, my sister Bonnie. Bonnie is a nurse who works for a home health organization. I don't know what we would have done without her in Mom and Dad's final illnesses.

I did lots and lots of stuff to the original photo, both in PSPX2 and in PSE6. I applied an overlay by Vera Lim and then added brushes to the edges, also by Vera Lim.
