In using Gypsy Kate's BG, I used Adobe Elements 6 photo effects for a faded picture, colourful center.
The image is from Jo Walls Spirit Elements. cropped and used 75 opacity, and the Gaussan blur.
I also used a Romanny cart image from the web.
