For the Critique Me challange my five cents will be; somehow the lovely photo dissapears, I think the frame is somewhat "heavy" and takes away from the photo. Just a very simple red framing might be more effective. Although I love the background I would try to give it a sepia tone that are more like the tone of the photo and the only red elements would be a frame and the ribbons with bow.
