It makes me cry to read about abuse, its not only in other countrys its rampant here what they do to horses that don't cut it at the track. I have just found out that when a horse doesn't do good they are sold to meat markets and shipped off to other countrys that eat horse meat. When they changed the law here in US they started shipping the horses to Canada or Mexico.
