About this scrapbook page: |
My fondest memories occur at his gas station..the double ringing of the bell when cars pulled up, the townies inside smoking cigars and rapping about issues much too big for a small boy..and Pop Pop lifting me into the cooler to grab a glass bottle of coca cola..

I love the deep quotes and poems you put on your pages and your descriptions are wonderful too. Your pages are already great but those things just add even more. I remember that gas station well. I went into it many times and since I lived 2 houses away from it I guess I was one of those "townies". Mardela was one of those places that you could say was the best and worse of times.
