This is my husband's mom and dad during their dating years. Sometime in the ealy 50's is the time it was taken. If my mother in law had known what type of life was ahead of her she would have ran as fast as she could in the other direction. She lived a really hard life with Gene. He died in 2001 but Joanne is still living.
