After copying and mirroring the picture, I distressed the dying Mother Goddess by using the Distressed brush on the PSP eraser. I added some bubbles effect along the dying Mother Goddess's water and used the smudge tool to make the Healthy Goddess happy, and the Dying Goddess sad.
I used the flare tubes to create stars and diamonds in the flower. The font I used it Gabrielle, and the frame was created with the Inner Glow option.

The picture was off the Internet.
