This is my niece Jennifer. she is a guitar player too, as are most of the teenagers in my family I did this photo effect a while ago with a program called photo explosion, which for some reason stopped working on my computer. I believe it was the colored pencil filter, which I think turned out a lot better than that filter on photoshop
