My daughter was ripped from me on 12-24-07 (the day before xmas). My mother filed false allegations against me and gained temporary custody of my daughter. On her 1st visit back to my house a few weeks later, she was covered in bruises and burns. Four months later, a week before our court date, my mother was charged with neglect. I am pleased to announce that my daughter will be coming back to me next month after all the allegations are cleared.
