I did this for Heather's Challenge.The frame is from the web where free tubes are also available.Heather's photo of her and Ernie I minipulated using Dreamlight software.I used color and weather to get this effect, I hope you like it, Thank-you Heather for the opportunity to scrap you and your husband.
