This is for the hometown challenge!
UPDATE: Just thought I'd let y'all know that my hometown was destroyed by Hurricane Ike. The entire town was under 4-8 feet of water and only 19 of 3500 homes were spared any damage. My parents lost everything - their house was in one of the worst hit parts of town and the house had at least 6-7 feet of water in it.
