I did this for the no smiles group. Philip is on top and is crying in the second photo because he was tired of having his hair cut. Andrew is on the bottom and was crying because I put his hair in a ponytail (which is why they needed the haircut).

I used Photoshop CS2 (like usual) with a variety of free elements. The background was from Shabby Princess (Urban Kiwi), the safety pins were from this site (the designer "Labor of Love" freebie), the felt edging came from a free Christmas kit.
