this one you chose is a nice painting but what makes it great, for me, is the way you've scrapped it using its colors and i love how you let it inspire you to use a variety of fabric-textured elements in your background, frame and embellishments. this is a perfectly beautiful, excelent scrap, 10+10!

i wasn't familiar with boldini as a master artist but have researched on him and have come to learn that indeed he is one and known for his flowing, fashionable impressionistic portraits - some of which i had ran across when searching for images in the net and had found beautiful though i didn't associate them with any artist.
