I did this for Nice's Wedding Challenge

Frame done by tutorial and is a pink version of Angel Wolf's Innocence Frame done by using both PSE5 and PSPX2, because I couldn't get the filters working in PSP.(I didn't write the colours down as I went - so it was fun matching them up when I went back to PSP after using the filters) Filters used were by filter factory to create the frame, and I used a gold texture from gardendale designs. Photo altered using Harry's filters. The corner element is by Brook Kroeger - as mentioned on Angel Wolf's website
