I wrote this poem for my daughter Brooke, shortly after we lost her sister. Brooke stayed strong throughout it all, with her life getting even harder in Feb 2006, when she was diagnosed with a chronic medical condition called Myasthenia Gravis. She is an AMAZING young lady!
