About this scrapbook page: |
I created this page for the "testing our courage" challenge...dealing with my son's diagnosis was the hardest thing I have ever done, but thankfully I was able to find the courage to face this new reality and eventually to welcome it!

I can only imagine how tough this is ... the thing is, it is adults that can be so indifferent and that is a shame. A psychologist told me that it was a shame my son's IQ wasn't just a little lower so he could be classified as retarded ... I fell apart .. so, he is now 30, was challenged through school with being in special classes -- he is a wonderful loving man. My son, and I love him so.
