I wrote this poem because I think when we lose a loved one we tend to forget that while we are grieving so are the little ones around us who love that person just as much as we do. This is my nephew Austin. Even though he is not quite 2 and didnt get as much time with PawPaw as the other kids, he loved him just as much. Dads grandkids were his world, and him theres. I hope when Austin grows up this poem will let him know what buddies him and PawPaw were.
