The Hands are an image from the net.
The water Flowing through them is from Cucciola_Designs.
The Ship is a image from the net
The Eagles, Dolphins, The Girl and the Mermaid tail are all tubes.
And the background is a background from the net.
I then used OnOne perfect Photo Suite 7 to add the vignettes, HDR effects.
