Just finished revamping my own card a few weeks back so thought I would give making one for Amy a whirl - Made for Amy's 'Business Card Challenge'. Added my own tag line & dummy info just for fun - will send high resolution template with the info you would require if any interest.

All done in Photofiltre, cakes extracted from various pics found by googling, my word art & tagline, Ron's chocolate brushes used for the chocolate splatters, etc, (Sorry can't resist chocolate & hope this isn't overboard :)!) Resizable for standard landscape Avery card or Word.
