I started off with a very blurry picture of Addie (such a sad wee face...not very often we see that sad a face) - I edited in Akvis sketch then applied a mask then erased a little; used Lily Dream Garden kit also used a Vera Lim worded overlay blended in background; when page was done edited whole page in Topaz - added the quote at the very end as I find that printing goes funny when editing in Topaz...I fiddled and fiddled with this page...had a hard time with the rainbow...
