I name this effect half embossing
I embossed the image of the girl and the windows in paintnet, save it, opened it again and partly blended the same image in paintnet with the radial button and saved it. Than I opened this joined image in pse 8 turned it a little with the camera correction and blended the fairy once as it was and once rotated to make the reflection in the window. This reflection I erased with reduced eraser
