About this scrapbook page: |
We actually got to go out on a day sail trip on the S.V. Concordia in August of 2004 when she came into Steveston Harbour, BC...we had quite the adventure. The loss of the Concordia prompted Peter and I to dig out all our photos of our trip and I will start scrapping them one day soon. This photo was taken from the ship that day. And I'm so excited...I made my very own clipping mask for this page YEAH...it's something I've been wanting to try for awhile.

Design credits: |
On our first outing on the Concordia, we ended up high and dry on a mud bank, never did get out that day, BUT we got a ride on the Coast Gaurd Hovercraft (they 'rescued' us), which was just as exciting...we did get out again on the ship a couple weeks later. Original photo was taken by my husband Peter in Steveston BC Photo blended with two Vera Lim papers, one Veronica Spriggs Paper and two Beth Rimmer Blending papers, and color changed slightly Photo edited with Akvis Sketch and Lucis Art
