I did this for the Digital Scrapbooking Day Tea Party by Sooze. On our way home from a 2.5 week Canadian (traveling by car) vacation, my friend and I stopped in Madison, Connecticut at a beachfront hotel for our last meal before reaching home. The hotel has a lovely terrace overlooking the Long Island Sound, and you guessed it ... this picture (of a painting) was our tea and dessert. If you look closely at the large cup you can see my lipstick stain on the right side. Thanks for stopping to look.

We took pictures of the beautiful tea and dessert and then several months later my talented friend gave me a painting of the photo. She always says if you make plans with Linda - a meal will be involved. She's right! The insert is a picture of her painting that hangs in my kitchen. I enlarged the tea cup to make the background, the butterfly (re-colored) and the leaf (partial view) under the little insert are from a mini taster kit by Lindalou Creations called Midnight.
